    • Invoices are generated and sent to clients every Monday for the preceding week’s work.
    • Prior to sending the invoice, we confirm the details with the client to ensure accuracy and transparency.
    • Clients will receive an invoice via email or any other agreed-upon method.
  3. Payment Terms:
    • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid any disruption in services.

    • We stand behind the quality of our virtual assistant services. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee to our clients.
    • If a client is not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of engagement, they may request a full refund of the fees paid.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the initial engagement.
    • Upon receipt of a valid refund request, we will process the refund promptly, typically within 5-7 business days.
  5. Termination of Services:
    • Clients have the right to terminate services at any time, subject to the terms outlined in our service agreement.
    • Upon termination, any outstanding invoices must be settled according to the agreed-upon terms.
